However, please note that you can only download the assembly instructions a maximum of three times. So, feel free to explore your design endlessly, but keep in mind that you have three opportunities to generate the instructions you need. 

You can pause the assembly process anytime and easily resume right from where you left off. The app also has an audio player that lets you stop playback or adjust the voice speed as needed, so you can go at your own pace.

Here’s a quick guide:

Step 1: Click the "Upload a photo" button in the app.

Step 2: Enter the code provided in your kit.

Step 3: Upload your photo and adjust the scale.

Step 4: Preview the design variations and select the one you like.

Step 5: Once you select a design, press "Next." This will use one of your three attempts to generate instructions. If you're not satisfied with the options, you can go back and try again.

If you’ve already generated the instructions, you’ll find an email from us titled "Your Let's String Instruction" with a link to the tutorial. Just open the link and continue where you left off. Alternatively, you can use the "I'M LOST" button in the app and enter the step you need. Please note that you do not need to enter the code for already created instructions.

The base with nails is 50x50 cm, with the image slightly smaller by a few centimeters. It's made from high-quality painted medium-density fiberboard (MDF), and the thread is made of durable nylon monofilament.

Not at all! Let's String art is designed to be fun for everyone, regardless of skill level. Our app guides you step by step, and you can even adjust the speed of the speaker to suit your pace. If you ever get lost, you can easily pick up where you left off.

On average, the assembly takes around 6-8 hours in total. You can break it up over multiple sessions if you'd like—there’s no rush!

You can upload as many photos as you want to the app to preview the design. However, you can only choose 3 assembly instructions. This means you can create three beautiful portraits with one set! When you finish a portrait and want to start a new one, you'll need to remove the threads from the previous image and start over - it's like a new canvas every time!

For the best results, we recommend using photos that aren’t too detailed—portraits with 1-2 people or animals work beautifully. If you're not happy with the initial preview, you can upload new photos until you find the one that’s just right.

We can change the shipping address within a few hours after your order is placed. After that, the address cannot be changed as our fulfillment team works quickly to process and ship your order.
